Conclusion:
What DOESN'T work anymore:
You cant summon a RAF-ed level 1 trial account to get 3x quest exp.
What DOES work:
You can still use a unlinked level 70 to boost 2 linked accounts.
I tried them both on wednesday 11:10 on the EU realms.

No you CANT boost a single account you yourself recruited with RAF.
You can Recruit yourself. And ask a friend to boost your and your recruited account.
This way:
Veteran= your main account
A= RAF account.
B= Friend account. Or another NON linked account.
The Veteran + A are grouped with B.
The veteran and A have to be in the same level range.
Non of the mobs can be trivial or else you lose the 3x exp.
Account B boost the above mentioned 2 characters.
Veteran + A get 3x exp.
After boosting SFK, Stockades, Sm.
Profit: 2 level 40 characters in 8 hours played time.
And 19 Levels to give from account A to the Veteran account.
If the above is to difficult to understand, here is the brief version.
Only a non linked account can boost 2 linked accounts.
The 2 linked accounts should be in the same level range, else the mobs can be trivial for either 1 of those accounts and the 3x exp is gone.
oh well , too bad
Yes, They've sadly removed this extra Xp thingy because of all the 1-60 on 1 min records
Tho i think its quite a smart thing to do, because it removes the big lvling part of wow, and ruins it for others like cant do that (lol)
i think that they will remove the summoning thing too because of ppl exploiting it too somehow, did read it at the US-wow pve forum i think
