Where's the -rep button? This is working as intended. I ALWAYS use both trinkets at the same exact second, that's what everyone does.

As a mage you can use the Serpent Coil Braid+another damage trinket together

Pop damage trinket then pop mana gem in that order and you get both +dmg bonuses

only works if you do it in that order though, the mana gem triggers a 15s cooldown on trinkets if done first

It's a damage trinket and a healing trinket that you're using, working as intended. You wouldn't be able to do it with duals of anything. (Which includes +mana / regen trinkets) so yes, it is Working As Intended.

Do you know what is better for shammy in arena? A pvp trinket so you don't get sheeped and watch your warrior friend die.
