thats nice, but now you are stuck with useless boots for the entire, possibly 30 min long, arena - all for a few sec run at the start. if you are a rogue - sprint makes a lot more sense. any other class - HOW ABOUT RIDING OUT ON A 200% mount, if a 4 sec sprint out of the gate is so important to you

how is this even useful, you can mount up and just ride out whereas here you use the boots rightaway and now stuck w/o pvp stats
