I find it funny, no matter what way blizz makes the auto-unstuck feature work, people will exploit it :P

if you noticed, it is contsantly removed and re-added, they removed it because people were auto-unstucking onto the IF AH platforms, and into the darnassus bank, etc. blizz needs to decide on useless exploits, or 5min cooldown on hearth.
