Keep making The Mortar: Reloaded recipe. the reloaded recipe is bugged and will give you a 10% chance to skill up regardless of your skill level.

sry for bringing this back up but to make this mortar, the mats isnt easy to get so instead of get mats you can make other things to lvl up
