Gm powers live server (bug)

Correct. Sometimes they just forget to take the flag off of the account.

The only powers you get are the tag, and the ability to talk to both factions. That's it.

This also happened to me a while back. I still have a fraps of me soloing the last boss of heroic botanica from it. Its a bitch to solo anything with much more hp than a heroic boss, however, because if you aren't constantly doing something to the mob you will drop combat with it. I had to spam piercing howl EVERY tick as well as dual wield over 2h (i'm a warrior) in order to keep him from resetting. Still took 12 minutes or so to down him as he had around 100k hp if i remember correctly.

Doing the math, a 25 man raid boss might have like 3 million hp.. at 1000 dps (if you can pull off 1k dps without any other buffs and support) would take you about an hour to kill. The catch is if you mess it up and you drop combat it'll reset... so the last 40 minutes of mashing on your piercing howl key every second to keep it in combat goes to waste.

All in all I soloed about 10 heroic bosses for the nethers then reported the bug because I couldn't queue for arena or BGs with it. They fixed it pretty quick and I was back to normal.

This also happend on my server a while back, a friend of mine just logged on one day and had the title beside his name, but he didnt have any powers . When he logged off it was gone.

Someone posted how to do it awhile ago. something like they tell you to log off for 15 minutes but since it only takes about 5 minutes log in about 5 minutes later and you should still have the GM tag. havent tested it though

How can GM's log into your account when "No blizz employee will ever ask you about you accoutn information" Because they can type /gm info to get it? or they just type scripts to help peeps out?

the no GM employee thing is so that people cant pretend to be a GM and ask people for there password
