Realizing this is a report, this is still an interesting idea. I'll give it a shot....now to find a good spot.

Nice name, not that hard to go afk without a bot. Just type /afk and that's done! Or type /afk in a macro. And press it! Voila!

afk = away from keyboard ... meaning going away from your keyboard

might be a hard concept to grasp but follow me on this one.

1. find a good spot so you wont get killed or spotted
2. hit the macro
3. stand up and walk afk (away from keyboard)
4. your ingame char wont go /afk because of the macro doing its work.

so go afk irl not in game

This used to work, but it seems that as of the last patch it no longer keeps you from going afk.

This does NOT work. Yes it does break AFK if you /afk and hit the macro, but it does not prevent you from going AFK after 5 minutes.
I have tried /w myself, /s, talking into random channels, /hug, etc, non of them stop me from going AFK
