Thats not at all why i said that. I just think its very annoying when people with 0 rep power try and rep people or when people go around saying +rep and never give it. Its like your girlfriend saying shes going to blow you after you eat her out when really you get done eating fish tacos for 30 mins and no bj....see what i mean? kind of annoying..
