Remove all spell cooldowns faster after a duel

Scenario: You are dueling people but can't duel one after the other because your CD's are not up. Such as a mage's iceblock or cold snap or a pally's bubble.

Solution: Enter a 2v2 skirmish, wait about 30 seconds, enter battle, then leave.

Works great and tested.

Firstly; it is 8min cooldown if you take Ice Floes in Frost, secondly, there are alot of cases in which Ice Block can give you a victory (Death Coil for example).

Summon water ele -> IB -> opponent runs to kill water ele -> you got some kiting space. IB can also save you from all lock's debuffs.

You're stupid. Iceblock is on a 5 minute cooldown, while COLD SNAP is on a 10 minute cooldown standard. You must be one of those crappy mages I always see in IF.

1. ddrfreak, you should really consider playing another game if you'r playing PvP
2. This works as intended.
3. You don't have to wait 30 second in the arena before you leave why would you? It resets your cooldowns as you enter.
4. This is common sense aswell.
