Be a gm for short while on live server

Hi mmowned community, I quit wow some time ago and just re-found this site,
I have an exploit i did once completly by accident but dont have a screenie so to bad

But basically my toon Punishers was liek frozen whenever i logged in it auto d/ced me so i sent a ticket to a gm on one of my alts after like 5 hrs they came back and tried a number of things to fix it, finally they fixed it and i logged on, amazingly i had
{Gm} infront of my name (i guess they forgot to take it off when they moved him, also when i logged in i was on top of a pole by the entrance of undead city which would normally be impossible to get on,

I didnt know any cmds (like on private servers) but it was cool joking with guildess that i was a gm and i freaked some people out in trade channel

You can probably do this by jst logging on when they are fixing your toon,

As i said no screenie but it can probably be easy to replicate

Also after about 4 min i got a wisper from a gm demanding me to log off for a few mins, I obvisouly did as i was told or probably risking ban

Like i said no screenie didnt think of it at the time, and lols at your rep i dont play wow anymore and only reason i put this up is because i remeber how good of a community this site was

I've seen this happen at least 2 times on my server. One of the guys that had the GM tag was a friend of my friend so I got to talk to him quite a bit about it. He was getting something restored if im not mistaken. He did have the tag next to his name but he didn't have any the GM powers. Although no mob could see him even after he engaged them. He'd damage them then the mob would just reset since he couldn't target him. Also I gave him a bunch of GM commands for which none worked.
