I've been looking for one that does this, but to no avail, there was one spot and I was able to get around 5 primal waters, but in 8 or so hours, I think this is the only cloud that is "bugged" I guess you could say.

/cast [nostealth] Shadowmeld, it makes you cast shadowmeld when you are not stealthed, that's what the [notstealth] is for and when you ARE in shadowmeld allready the macro will just skip that part, and if you play on a PvP server the horde's / ally's will only see you for like 10 seconds every 6th minute, and mobs that is aggresive wont see you either, so it does make sense o.o
