Fishing Lure

Ok, so I was with some people at BB, and as you can see, I have the Aquadynamic lure on my rod which requires 100 fishing to apply, and my fishing is 24. I gave my fishing rod, and my lure to someone, who applied the lure, and traded my rod back, and the lure stayed on.

ok here is the part where you didn't read! crazy right isn't it...

HE is a low fishing level his BUDDY has a higher fishing level.

If your still following me; his BUDDY puts it on the non-bindable fishing rod, and trades it back to HIM who cannot attach it because it requires a higher fishing level to attach.

The lure stays on and he is able to use a lure he would usually have to have a skill of 100 fishing for when he is 24 fishing.

I guess it's not much of an exploit, but if you'd read, the lure requires 100 fishing to apply, and my fishing is 24 and I have it on...
