Everyone Ignore my post but I tryed this with a mate we crashed the rating to 1355 or some thing then rejoined. But the Personal rating dont move untyll you have the same rating as your team rating soo dont crash the rating as I did.

One thing speaks against this;

Your personal rating is also decided on what rating your opponents team has, so if you have 1350 team rating and 1500 personal rating, you will meet teams around 1350 rating and gain personal rating based on that. So you will get perhaps 5-9 personal rating per game, tops. This will even out, so that when your team is at around 1800 rating your personal might be at around 1830 or something.

Otherwise it's a nice little "Exploit".

As some people have said, it wont work, because your personal rating and team rating needs to be over for example 1850 to buy weapon.

If team rating is 1849 and your personal rating is 1870, you wont be able to buy weapon before you get the team rating over 1850.
