As i have said time and time again, the GM's are underpaid, they work to many hours and are in a sweaty office all day. They will make errors such as not looking at the previous ticket, but that is a big gamble.

From my expirience Gms wont ask you to delete the item, they escalate your ticket for an specialist to check it out and give you the refound and take the item off you.

GMs have things called "Logs" So I think they'll see if you're trying to do this. Including past tickets as it way mentioned before.

im 90% sure that GMs only check chat logs only when needed, if you get reported for spamming or reported for harsh etc. They wont spend time to scan logs just to reimburse deleted items. They have many tickets to serve. More tickets served in less time , the more positive GM surveys they get. imo

And it won't work, because the gms can see that you are trying to screw them. Normally I would click the report button, but I am growing tired of reporting 7 threads a day.
