how can such a heal be useless?

while fighting, when nearly dead run into the castle, deathcoil the warmaster and run out again with full hp.

Tried it on my warlock horde side, didn't seem to work.

This works when its out of combat, you know if you get a boss down to like 30% and then you start evading?
It automaticly return to its path/position then it heals, i guess its some of a anti kiting/abusing system.
