In BF if your a hunter you can send your pet outside through the portal and have a run around, Outside is jus emptiness and it doesn't go very far but looks cool, And there some exploiting potential there

And in Ramparts you can run in on your mount and not get dismounted, Handy if you jus after a wipe and need to get to your corpse, You need to be mounted before going thourgh the portal, Also some potential there for futher exploiting

You dont need to run to your corpse in instances, you spawn just after going in the portal ......
