Ok, before you say this is a repost, the original poster wasn't 100% clear on how the exploit is done, so I'm here to explain it fully.
1. First thing you'll need is the item on your twink you want enchanted, it can't be a BoP.
2. Second thing you'll need is access to a guild bank, with a couple of withdrawals left.
3. And the last thing you'll need for this exploit is the Helm/Shoulders or Ring enchant itself.
4. Preferably Quartz casting bar.
Now--For the actual exploit!
1. Once you have got the top 3 things here is a step-by-step guide on what you must do next.
2. Put the Glyph or shoulder enchant onto your actions bars, for this I put it onto my #1 key.
3. Go to your guild bank and open it up.
4. Begin to cast the enchant on the item you want enchanted, It was say it will become soulbound, but that's ok, click Yes.
5. When theres .3~ or so of a second left on the cast of the enchant you must spam like crazy right click the item to make it go into the guild bank.
- IF DONE INCORRECTLY YOU THE ITEM MAY BECOME SOULBOUND OR YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ENCHANT -
6. So, there you see the item in the guild bank, it will appear to have no enchant on it at the moment, but don't panic.
7. Withdraw the item, and now simply send to the character you want it on, once sent it will become BoP (if done correctly), so make sure you send it to the correct twink!
-TIPS - Don't log out with the enchant, or it will appear in armory, increasing the chance of you getting reported.
Don't run around major cities with the enchant, only equip it once the game has BEGUN in BGs and what-not.
Get your timing right by testing with cheap poisons on crappy white weapons!
Some GMs may just remove the enchant, or remove the item, but others will give you a ban, so be careful.
