you CANT (!) get banned for ganking from up there...
theres a similar gank spot in terrokar forrest which is only reachable to players with flying mounts from where they can gank you endlessly without getting banned...
myself was victim of that action... i wrote to a gm...

he said: for every pvp-problem.. there is a pvp-solution...

means.. getting to points without wallhacking/-jumping exploiting is NOT bannable!!

oh btw.. i think this is a repost... i made about 2k honor with my hunter yesterday by killing alliances from up there... i found that on a guide from here ^^

You can get a warning for ganking. And if you already have enough warnings before that, this one might be enough to get you banned.
So technically it can get you banned.
