Please Help CMS Install

First of all I apologize for my English.

I brauhce help a friend of mine has a Pserver version 3.3.5a set up runs also with the Trinity core without problems and very stable.

Now I try for days my CMS to run to get only everything without success.

I would like to install Azer CMS but I can not continue :-(

I always get an error.

Have it already with Different PHP versions tried with PHP 7 and now with PHP5.5 but everything without success I always get an error of my database. Access data IP Password and username are always correct but I always have the problem.

Who can install a CMS?
Or tell me where the mistake is.

I really do not know what to do anymore.
I also tried Nulled Fusion CMS V6 but that does not want me because I am strangely denied the access of the Datanbank or is not found.

This error appears to just mean your username/pw for database is incorrect, or that user for the database isn't correctly configured to talk to the database.

If you shoot me your server info, I'll be happy to take a look

Hi what data do you need exactly to see what the error is? Where you need access will then send you the data by PN

Either the username or password have a typo or is wrong. The database doesn't exist or (Unlikely) The port is incorrect. Are you connecting to the xampp mysql server or a different one? If different is it on a different PC that doesn't allow remote connections and are your ports forwarded to accept traffic correctly?
