Hi everybody actually i've finally finish my own custom dungeon and maps, but i'm a really noob as scripting c++ monster etc. and i ask you to know if a programs like this one does exist now and work ?

Cause Nworldeditor is out of date and i have try to add NPC via my database but it's a bit complicate and i would like to know if a new programs like Nworld editor exist ? Thank you very much ! ( excuse me for my bad english i'm french )

I've used WoW-V for years. The site can easily make Custom NPCs and Quests. No knowledge of scripting is needed. You just need to load that SQL query into your Database editor like HeidiSQL or Navicat.
