Not an expert myself, but as far as I can think of, there IS and IS NOT a way to do so.
Meaning, you'll probably be able to extract models (somethow?), but not quite sure if you'll be able to implement it that easily into another game. That would require much of hussle.
Other thing, regarding the scripting (Boss's health, damage, spells, abilities, etc) will be implemented though the engine of your game. Meaning, you'll need to do all those on your own (without going too much into details, but if you're trying to put Illidan into Battlefied, or something crazy like that, it's better to say it is NOT possible, since you'll need WAAAY more models than you can think of).

I am sure more experienced guys will be able to better answer the question, but just my two cents.
Saw a question, tried to help .

    Cheers!

Basically what Sir_DOT_a_lot said. It depends what your targets are and if they're realistic.

Another game engine that you know how to use and provides the functionality to create content? Sure, you could recreate it from scratch, copying over voice files and such. Models would be very difficult to port, if possible at all - it would be easier to redo it from scratch.

And at this point, the effort you are putting in you might as well be making original content.
