Question about server after i format windows.

Hello i have a very interesting question and difficult problem. im pretty new to privates. made my own awhile back. 3.3.5 lich king. my problem is. Everytime i redo windows operating system. to 7 or 8. or what ever it is i do. when i try to use jeuties the next time and connect to my account i previously made before i redid my operating system. it will not connect. cannot login. so i have been having to make a new account each time...hopefully theres a way to solve this issue? please help. i dont wanna keep having to make accounts everytime i redo my operating system. i want to keep my old account/characters.

please guys. i am really new to this. any help would be great. i know it might sound dumb. but everytime i reformat windows. my wow folder on my external wont let me access my account.

a fresh copy of the repack won't have your old database, windows 7/8 stores the old files in a folder directly under c:

is there a way to pull the whole folder they are in under C and then after i format windows. can i put them back in the same spot under C and it will load my accounts and work just the same? or

i don't know for sure if it wont have problems, but yeah just try and copy/paste it to the same spot.
