Problems with server after Re-format.

I have just re-formated my computer and now people cant connect to my website, forum or gameserver. I have installed like the usual way with mysql server and set up my ports, also editing my hosts file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc directory. I can connect to website and gameserver no problem.

I seem to be having trouble after running the mysql server installation and it is running as a service and the mysql which is run from the server directory. It says can not connect as another mysql service is running, i cant remember having these problems before so have i missed something here?

Need to know a couple of things to help you:

Post your confs please (In [ CODE][/CODE] Format!)

What operating system were you running, and what are you running on now?

What are you using for your website/forums? (WAMP5?)
