Need info on this hack

So this one person sold a bunch of exploits a long time ago, mostly of Lua scripts to do things you normally can't do. The exploit is called "Image Annoyer" and was discovered by Maxi from Deathsoft. He was selling exploits Retiring and selling exploits - Exploits/Bugs/etc. - DeathSoft and I am just curious to know how it would work or give an example. My friend had it done to him, a picture of a naked night elf taking up half his screen, the only way to remove it was by relogging or reloading the ui.
