how to add removed events/quests?

Hi, I am working on a private server for me and my brothers and I was wondering how to re-add deleted/locked quests in the database (assuming it is stored there)? I am referring to ones like the atunement quests, the shattered sun offensive and the Scourge Invasion (not sure whether it was 1 or 2 that got removed) from WoTLK. I know it is possible since I was informed so by someone else in another thread but I decided to ask here to find out how to do so. Also, when a quest/event/requirement is disabled, is it deleted entirely or just set to be unavailable? Thanks

Not quite sure i'm following you.. What do you mean by "Deleted / Locked" quests. Once you complete a quest you cannot complete the quest again on the same character unless it's a "Daily" quest, which you can make on WoW-V.com | Wage YOUR War | SICKind.net Network | WoW-V.com | SICKind.net Network if i'm not mistaking. Also what core on you attempting to do this on?
