    Bugged quest item

    I've heard there is a quest item people can use to damage health by values in %s, and could be used against bosses. People have used it on other servers as well. Does anyone know of this item? I am playing on 5.4.2 server, soon to be updated to 5.4.8

    I've looked and so far nothing really seems to work or like it would have that effect. And it only shows 1000 results
