How to display opposing faction.

Just wondering but how do I edit the dbc files with an editor to allow for an opposing faction to appear on the reputation tab.(ie: a alliance player discovering Orgrimmar)? I kinda remember that in pre WOTLK I could display enemy factions in the reputation bar. How do I restore this.

Well yeah but how do I exactly lets say, have undercity or stormwind appear on the reputation tab of player x, whos the opposing faction.

Take a look at my guide for creating new factions here ([DBC Editing] Creating New Factions). After reading through all of it, and understanding what is going on, you should be able to modify all of the horde factions to be visible to Alliance players.

I am following the tutorial you posted and I have edited columns 15 and 17(which I am assuming to determine how a faction shows up in the reputation bar) to be 0 in both. However I still cannot display a opposing faction in the reputation bar. And I tried this as a human character with the add reputation cheat in trinitycore. Is there anything I'm missing?
