Arena in level 19???

- Im trying to start up my own private server for the funs, and im woundering if im able to make arena to level 19 and if so, how?. Default is level 70 in 3.5.5.a WOTLK

Yes its possible, but not if you are using a repack.
If you compiled it yourself, start by looking in the https://github.com/arcemu/arcemu/blo...egroundMgr.cpp and the files around it.
