Appearing offline using port 1119

I was just wondering if this block port 1119 still works, but that's not all. If it does in fact work for WoW still does it work for hearthstone too and if so how do you do it? Every time I block it when on hearthstone it disconnects me from it. I dont want people seeing im on there when they are on WoW calling for me.
