Gold text ontop of your screen

I'm looking to find out how to put text at the top of my screen. The example i want to use is like a BG the Alliance and Horde flag cap, There's one in every bg. For example Wintergrasp theres the gold text at the top telling you the time remaining. What command can i use to make this appear. For example stoneharry's custom bg script work's like this he has Alliance Killed: 0/50 and Horde Killed 0/50 at the top
