Need some help creating my own server for 2.4.3

Hello as you just read on the title, i need help developing my own server for 2.4.3 to eventually make public to around 100-200 of my irl friends and wow friends so how would i go about doing this? I found this http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...-noobpack.html ([GUIDE] MaNGOS 2.4.3 Super Simple Server Setup Wizard (noobpack+)) but just wanted to know if this would grant me editing options such as adding NPC's and the ability to fix broken quests etc and would this indeed grant me the power to be able to host this publicly to well over 100 players or is there a better way to do this?

With hosting your own private server and using Navicat to edit MySQL and creating your 100-200 friends accounts, if you change your own account gm level to az you will be able to do all of that stuff, spawn npcs , give player items, fly, change speed all that good stuff, but the connecting of your 100-200 friends will either require port forwarding and a good internet to be able to do this for 100-200 people the other alternatives are, paying a website who host stuff like this, monthly and instead of relying on your connection, rely on theirs and change the ip adress on the config files for your server to the domain of the website, and putting the website domain into your host file in system32.

+rep for the reply, one correction tho:
If you are running on mangos "3" is the correct admin value instead of "az" used on arcemu.
Read and search on mangos and trinitycores wikipage for more information regarding the configs or the emulator itself.

Regarding the quest and npc fixes, well you will be able to do some modifications and fixes. You can edit the information in the database but not in the emulator itself.
Npc health, faction and level is in the database but what spells they cast and boss events are usually in the core (C++ scripts). If you want edit-access to the core you will have to compile your own core. (git pull / compile with windows visual studio or whatever its called.)
