Having maps causes repeated disconnects

Hello

I've recently installed this repack ([Release] Kodack X BlizzRepack V2 --> Fully Scripted | All 2.4.3 Content | Blizzlike). For the first little while I ran it without extracting the maps and putting a map folder in my ArcEmu folder. During this time the server worked perfectly - but without working maps of course.
However when I extracted the maps and put them in my ArcEmu folder, the maps themselves worked on the server, but anyone playing on the server would get disconnected every 2-3 minutes. I tested it several times with and without a maps folder, and that seems to be what's causing the disconnects.

Anyone know what's behind this problem, or how to fix it?

Also, please keep in mind I'm still a bit of a noob when it comes to setting up a server.
