Making my own offline server

Hi guys, every summer i go up to my cottage to 2 1/2 months and i have no internet up there. I play wow obsessively and while a 2 month break is nice i find myself wishing i could play it offline sometimes. What ime looking to do is create a offline WoTLK server that could have working raids and let me have GM abilities such as .kill for bosses and so on. The easier it is the edit the server the better. Also i would be playing on a mac, i can do windows on it but i would perfere to stay mac side. If anybody could point me in the right direction i would be really grateful.

3.3.5a was the last Wotlk patch, this server needs some work but its a good start.

i guess you could use the http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...-comeback.html (Norwegian Elite Repack 6.5 (3.3.5a) - The Unexpected Comeback) could be fun to play offline i guess.
