Meteorites falling down on an npc?

So my question: is it possible to get Meteor - Spell - World of Warcraft falling down on an npc? If so, would you please be so kind to post an example or something here?

Ive currently tried the following commands:

	pUnit:FullCastSpell(28884)
		pUnit:CastSpell(28884)
                pUnit:ChannelSpell(28884)
                pUnit:ChannelSpell(28884, <target name>)

They all 4 had no success, so is it some other command im not aware of or is this just not possible?

pUnit:CastSpellAoF(x,y,z,28884)

filling in x,y,z obviously.
