I'm falling down from high objects ( ex : Obstacle course )

When i'm on Gurubashi arena, when i try to enter it i fall down underground anytime i try or at a Obstacle course who is higher, i fall down i really don't know why .

If you can ... please help me.

I REMADE the server and THE SAME BUGS ! I really don't know ... maybe a patch bug ?

Run Repair.exe ? is it same bug on all servers ?
