good wotlk server

okay guyz iam a wow player entring my third year i used to play on private server called spermik any way the server was good untill this june
the population began to reduce bugs increased and allot any way iam looking for a new server and here is my requirments
1- population : max 1.5k at day and min 200 at night (i dont wanna be left with 50 players at night like spermik right now and also i dont wanna w8 my entire life in queue like molten)
2-bugs : okay i need working quests and for instances it ill be great if the server takes it by steps every month or 2 opne new instance in wotlk
3-prefer to be europe server
4- least laggs possible
and ofc ofc not more than 3x xp rate
