Cant find any good Private server guides... HELP!

I've searched so long now! But i really cant find a "How to make a priavte server" Guide which work! .. I've tried over 8 guides now, and none of them worked -.- .. So please.. If there is anyone who can tell me how to do it. And know it works. Please send me a messenge, and maybe you can get my MSN so we can write there

Making a Private Server usually takes at least 3 days, so have patience!

dont hope to soon for one it took me 4 days to do it (i download like 12 repacks none worked so i had to start from scratch) just be patient and start from scratch :P

It took me 30 mins to set up my first server.
Repacks? Pshh..
If you can't make a server you won't be able to admin one.

Sorry, but just find out how to compile it and do everything yourself, it can't be any easier to do. Just spend more than 5 mins with a guide. Find something you don't understand? Look in the emu section sticky. Still not found? Google it. Still not found? LOOK HARDER. Still haven't found? Retard. ()
