Good webhost and domain for a private server?

Hey!
I've been looking around at different private servers way of registering a domain etc.
And i have found that some of them are registering with fake names, some use proxy and host company register and some of them are stealing other peoples id(I would never do that).
I can't really decide how to do for my website, i want it as safe as possible with no risk of detection, i can mixture with ip and so on my self.
Does it exist some kinda pirate host?:confused:

Anyone that can give me a tip on this one?
