    Your worldserver is not allowed to connect to your logon server because the IP coming from the worldserver is not 127.0.0.x (x being anything).

    This could be because of a port being blocked or you hosting it on another computer.

    Change below what is marked in red..
    2 realms with the same IP cause realm looping.
    And if you want others to be able to connect, change your realms.config ....
    Address = "127.0.0.1:8129" to Address = "DNS host name:8129"

    To get a DNS hostname go here....http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/

    Realms:

    Code:
    <LogonServer Address = "127.0.0.1"
    	Port = "8093"
    	Name = "Logon"
    	RealmCount = "1">

    <Realm1 Name = "UniverseWoW 255"
    	Address = "127.0.0.1:8129"
    	Icon = "PVP"
    	Population = "1.0"
    	TimeZone = "1">
    Code:

    Logon:

    Code:
    <LogonDatabase Hostname = "127.0.0.1"
                   Username = "root"
                   Password = "IDK"
                   Name     = "logon"
                   Port     = "3306"
                   Type     = "1">

    <Listen Host = "0.0.0.0"
            ISHost = "0.0.0.0"
            RealmListPort = "3724"
            ServerPort = "8093">

    <LogLevel Screen = "0"
              File = "-1">

    <Rates AccountRefresh = "300">

    <LogonServer RemotePassword = "IDK"
                 AllowedIPs = "127.0.0.1/24"
                 AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.1/24">
    Change what i Have marked in red and also check your Host file located in C:windows/System32/drivers/etc.
    Open in Note pad and add the below and change to your info.

    Code:

    # Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
    #
    # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
    #
    # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
    # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
    # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
    # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
    # space.
    #
    # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
    # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
    #
    # For example:
    #
    #      102.54.94.97     rhino.acme.com          # source server
    #       38.25.63.10     x.acme.com              # x client host

    # localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
    #	127.0.0.1       localhost
    #	::1             localhost

    127.0.0.1 localhost

     127.0.0.1  DNSname

    External IP   DNSname
