So havint played wow for a while and was looking for a active pvp cata server. i dont feel like checking all of them so would be cool if someone knew one that got an active community

CataWoW is the best cataclysm server out at the moment (supports 4.X.X). It's mostly based on PVP. It's the best in my opinion and theres a lot people too.
Of course some of the spells are bugged there and most of mages' spells are not working. And theres a little bit lag too some times and like all servers it crashes pretty often.
There might be other good servers out too and thats why I would recommend you to check CataWoW out first and if you don't like it then you will find an another server.
