Windows problem with Mangos

I've been trying to set up my own server by using this guide: http://www.************/forums/showthread.php?t=109986

Seems to work perfectly, except i have a problem with Windows XP. Everytime i run the program, Windows says it has an error, and i get the regular "send error report" message.

Does anyone know why?

did u installed net framework and all of that shit Microsoft Visual c++ 2010 and etc u know .. ??? and yes ..yes .. some ppl are not so happy with "that site" on this forum
