ambergui.exe CLR20r3 problem (running windows 7,.net framework 3.5 patch 1)

I've got a problem with MaNGOS . I watched a tutorial on this website .
But when i finished installing , i wasn't able to run ambergui.exe
error report is:

I've got Windows 7 OEM build 7600 , just made windows update and i installed visual studio 2008 too.

I changed the opacity in amber.ini from 0.99 to 1 and it helped
For everyone had this problem:1.Go into mangos folder
2.there's a amber.ini located, open it up with notepad or text editor
3.find "opacity" and set the number from 0.99 to 1 then save and it works!
