Problem running Repacks on Vista

I've tried 3 different repacks. all of the Exe files. Logon. Worldserver, and the AD files give me THIS.


I've never posted a picture but im gonna try.




WTF does this mean and how do i go about fixing it. It's really annoying. it didn't do this on my old XP. this vista though proves otherwise.

I had this problem too, but i did just install Net Framework 3.5 and it worked fine
