Toxic WoW voting rewards...

I was wondering, cant you use the voting points u get from Toxic WoW Voting panel to buy the [Area 52 Special] (the bomb used in this quest Quest: Mission: The Abyssal Shelf - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) and then just solo instances?

bomb make 15-30K you cant kill any boos with that dmg

Wont work, the spell is disabled. but it i can confirm it worked awhile ago, got full epic on my shammy because of it
