Sqlyog executing.

Im about to be driven off the walls with the MySQL problems here. It is very agrivating and im going through guides left to right that dont help when i click execute it says file not found?
If someone has windows live messenger that could guide me through it or tell me on here. I would love any help. Im getting tired of posting 4 topics aboutnthe same thing and not getting any answers, guys.

Copy + Paste the query (inside the SQL file) into the query box then press execute all, then see if that works.
