Help with connecting to private servers.

Alright this is my issue when i connect to ANY private server i log in just fine and everything loads around me but when i look around everyones name is "Unknown" and after about 1 min or 30 secs of everyone just running in place it disconnects me it does this on every server i log on to i also got a new modem not to long ago and it started it when i got the new modem but idk whats going on.

If you're not running wireless, try:
1. Right click on "My Computer"
2. Click manage
3. Click device manager
4. Double click on network adapters
5. Double click your network adapter
6. Go under advanced
7. Disable checksum offload (disable all if more than 1)
8. Set Speed/Duplex Settings to 'Force 100 Full Duplex' (or something similar)
