Problem Connecting to Private Servers

My friend is having a problem connecting to private servers, here's what I know;

When he starts WoW up, the login field displays "enter email here", which it shouldn't.

Even after putting his info in, he gets stuck on connecting.

When he deleted wow-patch.mpq and tryed to patch, it gave an error saying
'The tracker isn't responding'

I added WoW's port to his firewall and it still didn't work. He said it was working yesterday and not today, need some help here.

-Have tried reinstalling
-He has the same problem on his other computer
-Renewed his IP, and flushed DNS
-Repatching

Nothing has worked as of yet.

Have him run a Repair.exe from wow folder when you delete to down patch you need to run this folder for it to see what you did than fix it on patches
