Character DB Bugged Help

I'm running on Arcemu and WhyDB latest revisions as of today.

I updated WhyDB and executed every world, logon, and character update as well as all 100 changesets. I compiled Arcemu 13 succeeded 2 up to date 0 failed. I moved Collision.dll, Arcemulogon.exe and Arcemuworld.exe from Release folder into my Arcemu folder along with copying the new scriptbin folder into Arcemu.
However, when I attempt to create a character, I enter the name and everything and hit Create and it goes back to my character screen with no characters displayed.
I opened characterstructure.sql to set the structure and wipe the database and re-did the character updates and still have the same problem.

I know this is indicative of a character database problem, probably structural, but I don't know what to do. It seems like it should be working. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
