Is there a repack for 4.0.1/4.0.3a or is it still in the works? Also, is there a guide out there that shows you how to make you own repack? I haven't been in the private server loop sence Ascent

No there is not for 4.x, although progress is being made.

No there isn't a guide as you can do it lots of different ways.
