any one have a vote system that when you vote it will wait to make sure you voted before giving your points to you?

No I dont think there is a system like that. You could make it so that once they click vote button it saves a cookie and send them to vote site. Then to get the point they have to click the banner on the vote site which takes them to like www.site/reff.php and it checks to see if they have that cookie set.

Its more of a custom script to do that. I don't think any voting systems would have that built in.
